Can You Go To Court for Catalogue Debt?

If you fall behind on your catalogue repayments, or if you fail to make your minimum repayments, then your catalogue company may ask you to catch up. If you are unable to do this or if you fail to reply, then they have a few options that they could take.

To begin with the catalogue company will stop you from being able to buy any more items. The outstanding debt could be sold to a debt collections agency or they could take legal action against you.

If you have several debts that you are struggling with, then it is important to prioritise payments towards essential living costs e.g. mortgage, rent, utility bills etc.
